About the role

  • Build robust financial and ROI models (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) that translate consulting benefits into client financial outcomes.
  • Diagnose baseline economics Understand current client financials, value drivers, benefits, and trade-offs.
  • Ensure analytical consistency Maintain logical, high-quality financial modelling across towers and teams.
  • Infuse service portfolio awareness Understand how CG’s business lines create value and how that value shows up in client economics. Example: Translate a technology-led transformation into a CFO-ready P&L + cash impact model that guides the entire proposal.

Requirements

  • Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy
  • MBA preferred, 5-10 years of experience in financial modelling, management consulting, corporate finance, or value engineering
  • Strong analytical and Excel proficiency
  • Ability to simplify complex financial insights for non-financial audiences
  • Curiosity, precision, and a love for turning data into story
  • Strong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
  • Experience supporting complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities for client facing materials
  • Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high stakes, and ambiguous environments
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
  • Curiosity, drive, and a strong interest in large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solving
