About the role
- Design the end‑to‑end value story of a strategic deal converting strategy into measurable P&L, cash, and balance-sheet impact
- Build creative, CFO-level economic narratives including quant models, engineered benefits, and scenario-based value cases
- Advise senior leadership on commercial constructs, value levers, pricing logic, and deal economics
- Act as the value authority across the pursuit - ensuring the economics reinforce the strategy and the client’s priorities
- Example: Design a multi-year transformation value case that connects operational levers to EBITDA impact, capital efficiency, and cash unlock - enabling a CEO and CFO to greenlight the investment
Requirements
- Strong Academic background in Organizational / Business Strategy
- MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of deep expertise in financial modeling, business case design, and commercial strategy
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to challenge assumptions and reshape deal economics
- Comfortable designing value systems that hold up to CFO scrutiny
- Strong problem structuring and hypothesis driven thinking skills
- Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise insights
- Experience leading complex client engagements, pursuits, or transformation programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting structured thinking
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across diverse teams and disciplines
- Comfortable driving large scale strategic deals and C suite problem solving
