About the role

  • Lead SAP SD configuration across the full Order-to-Cash cycle, covering pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
  • Gather and translate business requirements by collaborating with sales, customer service, and cross-functional teams
  • Manage integration touchpoints between SAP SD and FICO/MM to ensure seamless end-to-end process flow
  • Drive functional testing, cutover activities, hypercare support, and global rollout deliverables including localization
  • Develop custom SD enhancements, prepare UAT/test cases, and conduct user training; leverage experience from 3+ end-to-end implementations.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, specializing in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering by collaborating with sales and customer service teams to design effective SAP SD solutions
  • Deep knowledge of cross-module integration with SAP FICO and MM, ensuring seamless process flow across business functions
  • Proficient in functional testing, cutover planning, and hypercare, with proven experience supporting global rollouts and ensuring localization compliance
  • Experienced in implementing custom SD enhancements, delivering UAT/test case preparation, user training, and contributing to at least 3 full life-cycle implementations.
