About the role

  • Lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and BI engineers
  • Serve as the single point of contact for D&A across business units
  • Act as a D&A evangelist, building senior stakeholder understanding
  • Hold E2E ownership of D&A products
  • Bridge business objectives with the latest D&A and AI capabilities
  • Drive adoption and usage of D&A tools across the DRBU

Requirements

  • Proven track record in product ownership
  • Business-facing D&A experience in a multiculture environment
  • Experience in Trade Marketing & Distribution is a plus
  • At least 4 years of experience developing and leading Data & Analytics / BI systems
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python or R
  • Knowledge of Java or JavaScript/Node.js is a plus
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data privacy standards
