Requirements

  • Strong AM leadership experience managing large, multi‑location teams (ideally 250+ FTE)
  • Hands‑on expertise in transformation levers such as Automation, RPA, AIOps/GenAI, No‑Ops, Incident Reduction, Lean/Six Sigma
  • Practical ITIL knowledge with experience improving KPIs, SLAs, ROI from AM improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset to identify productivity levers, track impact, and present insights to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and secure prerequisites for transformations
