About the role
- Drive productivity improvement across AM accounts by leading transformation initiatives
- Ensure ITIL excellence by maintaining high hygiene in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal + client)
- Own industrialization and cost optimization
- Lead continuous improvement across multi‑technology AM environments
Requirements
- Strong AM leadership experience managing large, multi‑location teams (ideally 250+ FTE)
- Hands‑on expertise in transformation levers such as Automation, RPA, AIOps/GenAI, No‑Ops, Incident Reduction, Lean/Six Sigma
- Practical ITIL knowledge with experience improving KPIs, SLAs, ROI from AM improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset to identify productivity levers, track impact, and present insights to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders, drive change, and secure prerequisites for transformations
