About the role

  • Configuring and activating Application Portfolio Management (APM).
  • Integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAM
  • Developing Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services

Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of development languages: XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and Java Script.
  • Experience working in ServiceNow platform as an Admin & Developer.
  • Experience in development of Service Catalogs, implementing ACLs, transform maps, Flows via flow designer, client scripts, CMDB health metrics.
  • ServiceNow administration experience in Service Catalog, CMDB & Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, REST APIs.
  • Prior working experience on APM module is desirable.
