About the role
- Lead and deliver the PLM transformation program to contractual commitments, overseeing scope, schedule, financials, dependencies, and overall engagement health
- Run program governance—including steering committees, cadence reviews, executive reporting, and formal change control—to ensure transparent, predictable delivery
- Manage and guide cross-functional workstreams across process design, solution configuration, systems integrations, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and adoption
- Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for client executives, driving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders
- Oversee Teamcenter solution delivery, ensuring architecture, integrations, change management, access management, and product data structures align with enterprise digital objectives
- Direct end-to-end data migration strategy, including data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover readiness
- Ensure compliance, security, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering PLM programs, with at least 5+ years in engagement, program, or delivery management leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience delivering PLM transformations, including architecture, configuration, integrations, data migration, and enterprise-wide rollout
- Strong knowledge of PLM processes such as product data management, change control, access management, classifications, release workflows, and cross-functional collaboration workflows
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and facilitate decision-making in fast-moving environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise delivery methodologies including waterfall, hybrid, and agile frameworks, along with strong financial management and forecasting capabilities
- Background in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Medical Devices, or Manufacturing is preferred, with familiarity around regulatory, compliance, and secure data requirements
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications are preferred and will be considered a strong plus.
