- Collaboratively manage the dynamic allocation of engineering resources across the UK and other countries
- Work closely with Country Leaders and Engineering Unit Directors
- Optimise the deployment of both permanent and contingent engineers
- Maintain high-quality data and reporting on resource allocations
Requirements
- Understanding of how projects work and how to deploy resources
- Resilience in decision making amidst uncertainty and pressure
- Experience in managing capability and capability growth
- Ability to address upskilling of engineers
- Skills in effective rotation planning and reporting on R3.
