About the role
- Understand how the ICI product works and how it is used by customers.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Icertis solutions across industries.
- Work closely with the customers to answer questions about features and capabilities of our product.
- Provide consultation on product features, review customer implementation and enhance the customer system for better user experience.
- Develop knowledgebase articles/training materials for both customer and internal staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Application Support/Functional Consultant role.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Icertis implementations in a lead consultant role.
