Design, develop, and implement AI models using Microsoft technologies (AI Builder, Copilot, Azure AI)
Build scalable AI components and integrate with platforms like Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and external APIs
Develop and deploy ML models using Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and Bot Framework
Optimize AI algorithms, conduct testing/validation, and ensure reliability
Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions
Document solutions and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Evaluate and apply modern AI techniques (LLMs, SLMs, RAG, embeddings) and support model fine‑tuning or custom ML development

Requirements

Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and related architecture
Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), .NET
Proven background in developing and deploying AI/ML models
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#
Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Strong problem-solving, communication, and agile delivery experience
