About the role
- Solution design and development: Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations following industry and organizational best practices
- Develop scalable front end and back end modules for content management and digital experience delivery
- Ensure AEM solutions are aligned with functional requirements, customer experience goals and branding standards
- Support authoring teams with efficient content structures, reusable components and intuitive authoring workflows
- Optimize performance, accessibility and security of AEM sites and integrations
- Collaborate in configuring AEM Cloud or on premise environments including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
- Integrate AEM with analytics, marketing automation, APIs and enterprise systems as needed
- Support testing cycles by ensuring stable components, resolving defects and validating integrated user journeys
- Work with business analysts, UX teams, architects and QA engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practice enforcement
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear status updates, risk identification and mitigation recommendations
- Identify enhancement opportunities in content architecture, workflows and development processes
- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to capability development within the practice.
Requirements
- Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including component development, Sling models, JCR structures, workflows, templates, and dispatcher concepts
- Experience in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integration with AEM front end layers
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and related marketing tools
- Knowledge of REST integrations, content modeling, cloud readiness and performance optimization
- Understanding of insurance processes such as policy billing, claims and customer journey workflows
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methods, CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices
- Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and manage deliverables independently
- Capability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting oriented environment.
