About the role

  • Solution design and development: Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations following industry and organizational best practices
  • Develop scalable front end and back end modules for content management and digital experience delivery
  • Ensure AEM solutions are aligned with functional requirements, customer experience goals and branding standards
  • Support authoring teams with efficient content structures, reusable components and intuitive authoring workflows
  • Optimize performance, accessibility and security of AEM sites and integrations
  • Collaborate in configuring AEM Cloud or on premise environments including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
  • Integrate AEM with analytics, marketing automation, APIs and enterprise systems as needed
  • Support testing cycles by ensuring stable components, resolving defects and validating integrated user journeys
  • Work with business analysts, UX teams, architects and QA engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practice enforcement
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear status updates, risk identification and mitigation recommendations
  • Identify enhancement opportunities in content architecture, workflows and development processes
  • Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to capability development within the practice.

Requirements

  • Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including component development, Sling models, JCR structures, workflows, templates, and dispatcher concepts
  • Experience in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integration with AEM front end layers
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and related marketing tools
  • Knowledge of REST integrations, content modeling, cloud readiness and performance optimization
  • Understanding of insurance processes such as policy billing, claims and customer journey workflows
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery methods, CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and manage deliverables independently
  • Capability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting oriented environment.
