About the role
- Lead Implementation of AI governance platforms
- Advise clients on AI governance strategy and operating models
- Translate regulatory and Responsible AI principles into practical, deployable controls
- Support clients through AI governance maturity journeys
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI governance and Responsible AI initiatives
- Proven delivery of at least one end to end AI governance implementation, with hands on experience deploying at least one AI governance platform, is a MUST
- Strong expertise in Responsible AI implementation, including: Ethical AI frameworks, Bias and fairness assessment, Explainability and transparency controls, Human in the loop and override mechanisms, AI risk classification and mitigation, AI model and use case inventories, Risk and compliance workflows, Model monitoring and documentation
- Practical understanding of AI model and use case lifecycle governance, from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
- Solid working knowledge of EU AI Act, including: High risk AI system classification, Risk management and documentation requirements, Governance, accountability, and oversight expectations
- Familiarity with global AI standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.
- Ability to work directly with client stakeholders across business, legal, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Willingly operate in multiple roles as required-consultant, solution architect, program lead, and hands on implementer.
