About the role

  • Leading enterprise architecture projects
  • Work with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectives
  • Support the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformation
  • Conduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • Assist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectives
  • Stay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future-proof insights
  • Follow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures.

Requirements

  • 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy
  • Solid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT governance models, technology trends, and digital transformation practices
  • Experience in conducting architecture maturity assessments, capability modeling, or roadmap development
  • Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and sharp client-facing communication/interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
