About the role
- Leading enterprise architecture projects
- Work with clients to assess their enterprise architecture and application needs and design practical solutions that align with business objectives
- Support the development and implementation of architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance models to enable digital transformation
- Conduct architecture assessments and capability reviews to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Assist in defining roadmaps and action plans for enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategies
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that combine business, technology, and organizational perspectives
- Stay informed about enterprise architecture trends, frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate), cloud architectures, and emerging technologies to provide relevant, future-proof insights
- Follow the evolution of AI and assess how it can be leveraged within architecture landscapes, as well as how AI capabilities reshape and influence modern enterprise architectures.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy
- Solid understanding of key architecture principles, frameworks, and standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT governance models, technology trends, and digital transformation practices
- Experience in conducting architecture maturity assessments, capability modeling, or roadmap development
- Strong project management skills in line with industry standards (recognized certifications like PRINCE2, PMP are a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and sharp client-facing communication/interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
