About the role
- Providing legal advice on, and drafting and negotiating IT contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Applications Development Agreements, Managed Services Agreements; supporting the business with related project documentation such as Statements of Work, software resell/licencing agreements, and subcontracts
- Advising on compliance with laws and company policies
- Supporting the APAC onshore legal teams by developing and enhancing legal operations capabilities
- Leading and contributing to innovation initiatives within the legal team
Requirements
- A recognised law degree and admission as an advocate in India, or in an equivalent common law jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, or Malaysia)
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant legal experience
