About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for the niche portfolio
  • Drive performance by aligning sales goals, marketing activations, and merchandising strategies
  • Leverage consumer insights and sales data to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Conduct weekly business analyses to track sales trends and implement action plans
  • Plan and negotiate impactful in-store events and promotions
  • Manage and optimize corporate budgets
  • Lead training initiatives in collaboration with the education team
  • Partner with the Field Sales Team to assess the needs of retail partners
  • Coach and mentor Account Coordinators and in-store teams
  • Ensure brand storytelling is effectively communicated

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail
  • Proven success in building relationships with key retailers and luxury consumers
  • Deep experience in fragrance and beauty
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and experiential retail
  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region with a valid driver's license
