About the role
- Manage and deliver medium‑complexity ADM Transition projects end‑to‑end.
- Act as Transition Solution Architect — create transition plans, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and support sales.
- Ensure delivery aligns with global transition methodology (risk, governance, QA, reporting).
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, 3rd‑party vendors, account teams, and client stakeholders.
- Track and ensure completion of commercial milestones and timely transition‑related invoicing.
Requirements
- Total Experience: 6-12 Years
- Strong understanding of project management processes and transition methodology.
- Good knowledge of Capgemini tools, technology landscape, and outsourcing environment.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage clients effectively.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle multiple priorities, and ideally hold an MBA.
