knowledge of automation concepts and frameworks (hands-on not mandatory)
exposure to performance testing and non-functional testing areas
basic understanding of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
experience in vendor management and outsourcing models
experience in budgeting, cost management, and project financial tracking
domain knowledge in BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or other industries (as applicable)
