About the role

  • Provide technical support for network connectivity and performance issues involving Cisco devices.
  • Assist customers by troubleshooting basic incidents, ensuring clear and service-oriented communication.
  • Monitor network status and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles (customer service experience is also valid)
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching)
  • Understanding of general networking concepts and connectivity fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • English level B2 or higher (required)
