About the role
- Provide technical support for network connectivity and performance issues involving Cisco devices.
- Assist customers by troubleshooting basic incidents, ensuring clear and service-oriented communication.
- Monitor network status and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document activities, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles (customer service experience is also valid)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching)
- Understanding of general networking concepts and connectivity fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- English level B2 or higher (required)
