- Manage ServiceNow environment for global clients
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed technical design documents
- Align solutions with IT strategy and business objectives
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Requirements
- 15+ years in ServiceNow
- 10+ years in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Consulting and implementation experience of CMDB and ITAM or enterprise level solutions for large customers
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
- Experience with data migration and integration tools
- Design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
- Develop and maintain technical design documents
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with IT strategy and business objectives
- Implement security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data
- Preferred Certifications- Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD), CTA
