Requirements

  • 2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters
  • Supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes
  • End-to-end Talent Acquisition transformation
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design
  • Recruitment process and experience design
  • Technology-enabled service delivery
  • Change management
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation
  • Business development skills to generate £2m of consulting revenues (Director) /£4m of consulting revenues (Vice President)
