- Shape and deliver recruitment technology strategy in response to growing client demand
- Act as a trusted advisor to global recruitment leaders
- Lead go-to-market recruitment technology propositions
- Design and advise on technology-enabled recruitment strategies
- Provide deep expertise across the recruitment technology landscape
- Drive innovation in recruitment technology, translating emerging trends into practical solutions
Requirements
- 2 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters Implementation
- Experience with SmartRecruiters
- Supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for talent acquisition processes
- End-to-end Talent Acquisition transformation
- Target Operating Model (TOM) design
- Recruitment process and experience design
- Technology-enabled service delivery
- Change management
- Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background
- Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation
- Business development skills to generate £2m of consulting revenues (Director) /£4m of consulting revenues (Vice President)
