About the role
- Partnering with global recruitment and HR leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting their decision‑making on recruitment technology direction and future‑ready talent acquisition.
- Leading and coordinating the delivery of recruitment technology engagements, with a focus on SmartRecruiters implementation and optimisation.
- Developing and advising on technology‑enabled recruitment strategies and operating models.
Requirements
- 1 years of client facing experience in functional SmartRecruiters implementation.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters is required with other system experience desirable (e.g. Phenom, Eightfold).
- Demonstrated ability supporting the successful implementation of technology solutions for end-to-end Talent Acquisition transformation.
