About the role
- Manage end‑to‑end new site build (“build to suit”) deployments under Towerco frameworks
- Ensure strict adherence to Towerco standards, procedures, and protocols (Tawal; Mobily is a plus)
- Lead all activities required for new site initiation, construction, and tower installation
- Oversee and validate required civil infrastructure, including foundations, power, fencing, and site readiness
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Conduct periodic stakeholder meetings, providing status updates, project reports, and risk assessments
- Resolve field issues, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and drive on‑time delivery
- Support final inspections, handovers, and site acceptance processes
Requirements
- Experienced in mobile telecom new site construction (“build to suit”) covering all construction and tower installation phases.
- Strong knowledge of Towerco standards, procedures, and protocols — Tawal required; Mobily experience is a plus.
- Experienced in civil infrastructure follow‑up, including foundations, trenching, grounding, and site readiness.
- Proven ability to manage site‑level and regional activities, including stakeholder meetings and periodic reporting.
- Arabic is preferred, with strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Holds a valid driver’s license.
