About the role
- Manage end‑to‑end indoor mobile coverage solution deployment (IBS/DAS) across the region
- Conduct and validate site surveys, RF coverage evaluations, and related technical assessments
- Review and support indoor designs based on coverage analysis and project requirements
- Oversee installation of active and passive indoor equipment, ensuring adherence to standards
- Supervise daily field activities and ensure timely completion of site‑level milestones
- Lead regional deployment planning, including timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness
- Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and status reporting
- Ensure vendors comply with quality, safety, and client requirements
Requirements
- Extensive experience in mobile telecom indoor coverage deployment (IBS/DAS).
- Strong knowledge of site surveys, coverage evaluation, design processes, and installation workflows.
- Solid understanding of indoor hardware solutions, covering active and passive components; experience with Huawei and Nokia is a plus.
- Proven experience managing regional‑level activities, including multi‑site coordination, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise contractors and ensure high‑quality, timely implementation.
