About the role
- Work with large and innovative Financial institutions
- Deliver market infrastructure transformation focusing on regulatory, technology or operations
- Build steady relationships and provide value to clients
- Help build a portfolio for the Invent brand
- Provide thought leadership in key areas
- Support the management and growth of one or more accounts
- Open new connections and maximize client impact
- Design and lead streams of work
- Identify and analyze problems affecting delivery and adoption
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to improve business performance
Requirements
- Deep Banking and hands-on Consulting experience
- Novel points of view regarding the future of the industry
- Practitioner knowledge of banking and ideally cross asset class experience
- Experience implementing regulatory changes across Banking in PM, analyst or change expert capacity
- Experience across consultancy or banking firm in retail, private, wholesale, investment banking, market infrastructure and financial technology
- Knowledge of changes in financial services regulation
- Understanding of 3 lines of defence and data execution
- Experience in developing and executing technology roadmap in a banking environment
- Hands-on experience of the quant model life cycle
- Knowledge and experience of ESG is advantageous
- Experience in people management
