Lead AI driven solution across experience and MarTech solutions using latest technologies and frameworks applicable
Manage to preprocess and analyze large datasets to ensure quality and usability for AI models
Implement AI models into production environments using cloud platforms and containerization tools
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and frameworks, propose innovative solutions to complex problems
Work closely with application development team for managing application development completion
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field
Has to have Martech Background and built an Agentic AI solution on Martech platforms
5 Years of experience in Martech Stack (Adobe, Salesforce, Google)
1 Yr Experience with Agent orchestration and prompt management frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
5 years of experience in Full Stack technologies (Eg React, Java, Spring boot)
Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic systems and AI orchestration frameworks
Hands on experience deploying AIML solutions in production environments
Expert level proficiency with agentic development tools (Claude, Code Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
Deep understanding of large language models, AI agents and autonomous system design
Knowledge of modern AI driven protocols including MCP (Model Context Protocol) and similar emerging standards
Full stack engineering mindset (must understand and engineer complete systems from frontend to backend infrastructure and data layers)
