About the role

  • We’re seeking an experienced M365 Architect with 10+ years designing, implementing, and supporting complex Microsoft 365 environments.
  • You will lead domain migrations, tenant merges, and enterprise-wide data classification programs to prepare for Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts.
  • You’ll own the architectural guardrails and delivery plan for Copilot implementations across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Design secure, scalable M365 landing zones and enterprise patterns covering identity, collaboration, security, compliance, and automation.
  • Define target-state architectures for domain/tenant migrations and merges (identity, mail, content, apps), including coexistence strategies and cutover plans.
  • Establish Microsoft Purview-based data classification, sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention to enable safe Copilot use and AI guardrails.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Workplace, Security, Compliance, Infra, Network) to implement designs and resolve complex issues across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
  • Standardize automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph; maintain CI/CD pipelines for config-as-code (where applicable).
  • Align with Zero Trust and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR), implement Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, and threat protection baselines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise M365 architecture and implementation, including large-scale domain migrations and tenant consolidations.
  • Proven delivery of Microsoft Purview information protection and governance (labels, DLP, retention, insider risk) for Copilot readiness.
  • Hands-on leadership of Copilot implementations (governance, enablement, adoption, metrics).
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, MFA/SSO, PIM), and core M365 workloads.
  • Advanced PowerShell / Graph API automation skills; strong stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
  • Required Microsoft Certifications Exam MS‑102: Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
  • Endpoint Administrator
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Exam AZ‑305).
