About the role
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for clients, as well as account plans/activities to achieve sales targets
- Work with Capgemini business lines to create shared ownership, goals, and execution plans when multiple business lines are involved in projects
- Lead and collaborate with teams of professionals who will deliver world-class services to our clients
- Contribute to the development of offers that are specific and unique to Capgemini
Requirements
- More than 15 years of experience in technology consulting and outsourcing
- Ability to contribute with a strong network of CXO-level relationships in the client market for new client acquisition and account expansion in the Montreal market
- Strong experience in SPIN selling and demonstrated business acumen in selling IT solutions — Applications, Infrastructure, Data/AI and Agentic AI, BPO, Engineering, PLM, SCM, MES
- Management of governance and client relationship for sold services to drive strong account growth, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators
