Lead functional solutioning efforts for AEM implementations
Collaborate with architects and UX teams to design scalable, maintainable AEM solutions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements or new features within AEM
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Work closely with AEM developers to ensure functional requirements are implemented
Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and assisting business users
Ensure solutions meet quality standards and deliver expected business value

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT
At least 5+ years in AEM functional business analysis roles
Strong understanding of AEM capabilities including Sites, Assets, Workflows, Templates, and Integrations
Experience working in AEM as a Cloud Service Implementation
Proven experience in the insurance domain (life, health, or property/casualty)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Adobe Certified Expert Business Practitioner or other AEM certifications
Familiarity with AEM integrations (e.g., CRM, analytics, Target marketing platforms)
Experience with wireframing tools and UX collaboration
Knowledge of web content management and digital experience best practices
