About the role

  • Assessment & Analysis: Conduct current state assessments of organizational structures, processes, and workforce composition using data-driven methodologies and benchmarking tools. Analyze operational inefficiencies, cost drivers, and technology adoption gaps to identify transformation opportunities.
  • Global Process Design: Lead and facilitate global process design initiatives using BusinessOptix to map, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to document, standardize, and harmonize processes across regions and business units.
  • Design & Implementation: Design future state Target Operating Models that align with client strategy. Develop business cases for transformation initiatives, quantifying impact on cost, productivity, and organizational health.
  • Technology & Data Integration: Integrate advanced analytics and digital accelerators into operating model design and delivery. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in operating model design, business transformation, or management consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with global process design and process modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, workforce modeling, and scenario planning.
  • Familiarity with transformation methodologies and digital tools
  • Understanding of AI-driven transformation, digital twin concepts, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
