About the role
- Define and drive platform architecture standards and best practices across multiple PODs.
- Establish a core capability for platform architecture within CC&A to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Architect solutions leveraging GCP, containerization technologies, observability frameworks, and other platform components.
- Contribute to RFPs, capability building, and solutioning initiatives to support business growth.
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and agentic systems, into platform strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure platforms remain modern and competitive.
- Work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Define governance models for platform design and cloud adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Architect or similar role, with hands-on involvement across the SDLC
- Strong expertise in: Cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Observability tools and frameworks
- Solid development background with ability to bridge engineering and architecture
- Experience in solutioning for RFPs and building organizational capabilities
- Knowledge of AI-driven architectures and interest in agentic technologies.
