Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or AI strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting AI, financial services consulting, or digital transformation programs within banking or financial services.
  • Experience with workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and change enablement across complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation concepts (e.g., RAG frameworks, GenAI use cases, intelligent automation, data governance).
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using tools like Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Awareness of banking operations and core domains such as lending, payments, or wealth management.
  • Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks affecting AI adoption in financial institutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering Technology, or related discipline required. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
