About the role
- Strong skills in configuring functional system settings within core OTM functionality and across all modules, including: Shipment Planning and Execution, Freight Settlement, Supply, and Fleet Management.
- Works in the Software Engineering area, encompassing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions/applications.
- Applies scientific methods to analyze and resolve software engineering problems.
- Responsible for developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge across research, design, development, and maintenance.
- The role requires original thinking and judgment and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with B2B integration using various standards and methods (EDI, API).
- Excellent customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and delegate appropriately.
- Experience in both development and support projects.
- Knowledge of solution design and system architecture.
