About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and functional issues across Workday environments
- Perform data migration, validation, and ensure system integrity during upgrades
- Support Workday reporting and analytics using Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Advanced Reporting
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution design and deployment
Requirements
- Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration and integration development
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security configuration
- Experience in data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, and web services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Mandatory Workday Certification in HCM / Integration/ Studio.
