About the role
- Build and maintain a pipeline of senior leadership candidates across industries
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and develop org charts, salary grids, and talent landscape reports
- Capture and update candidate data accurately in ATS and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
- Use social media, job boards, and research tools to identify and source top-tier leadership talent
- Prepare client-ready deliverables, dashboards, and reports highlighting talent insights and market trends
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience
- Strong experience in market research, talent mapping, competitor analysis, and creating org charts for leadership roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BoardEx, Capital IQ, ZoomInfo, Naukri, and other research databases
- Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools
- Prior experience in IT or technology sector preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
