About the role

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of senior leadership candidates across industries
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and develop org charts, salary grids, and talent landscape reports
  • Capture and update candidate data accurately in ATS and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Use social media, job boards, and research tools to identify and source top-tier leadership talent
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables, dashboards, and reports highlighting talent insights and market trends

Requirements

  • 6-9 years of experience
  • Strong experience in market research, talent mapping, competitor analysis, and creating org charts for leadership roles
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BoardEx, Capital IQ, ZoomInfo, Naukri, and other research databases
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other visualization tools
  • Prior experience in IT or technology sector preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
