About the role

  • Lead transformation initiatives from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness planning to pave the way for successful change
  • Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement strategies that resonate
  • Design and facilitate leadership alignment programs to drive executive sponsorship and commitment

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or business consulting
  • Proven success in OCM projects involving outsourcing, MSS transitions, M&A, or Agile POD delivery
  • Experience leading multi-country programs across functions like Global Contact Centers or Service Desk implementations
  • Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and ITSM processes
  • Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to leading by example
