About the role
- Lead presales activities by engaging with clients to understand business challenges and design tailored Oracle AI solutions including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects showcasing Oracle AI capabilities and value propositions.
- Develop and articulate AI solution architectures leveraging Oracle AI products such as Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Cloud AI Services, and Oracle Autonomous Database with AI integration.
- Guide and mentor a team of AI consultants and architects to deliver advanced AI implementations and professional services.
- Expand the AI professional services practice by identifying new service offerings, refining delivery methodologies, and driving operational and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Oracle product teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to stay current on AI innovations, product roadmaps, and best practices.
- Create technical proposals, statements of work, and pricing models to support presales and project execution.
- Build strong client relationships to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful AI adoption and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to increase AI expertise across sales and delivery teams.
- Monitor AI and market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continually enhance solutions and services.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting and deploying AI solutions, with a strong focus on Oracle AI technologies and platforms.
- Deep understanding of AI domains, including machine learning, NLP, chatbots, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
- Proven success leading presales engagements and winning complex AI-driven deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build or grow a professional services practice or consulting team focused on AI and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle AI products such as Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Cloud AI Services, and Autonomous Database AI features.
- Oracle AI certifications or strong AI-related credentials preferred.
- Ability to travel to support client engagements and business development activities.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and data ecosystems.
- Knowledge of AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Oracle Machine Learning).
- Understanding of data strategy, governance, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
