About the role

  • Assist in setting up and configuring cloud platforms and developer tools like Backstage for self-service capabilities for Developers
  • Support integration of AI-enabled solutions (including Agentic AI) into cloud environments under guidance
  • Help in configuring and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Grafana for platform and AI usage metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth integration of AI tools and platform components
  • Learn and contribute to operationalizing cloud platforms with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and similar tools
  • Gain exposure to DevSecOps principles by assisting in implementing security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in scripting and automation tasks to improve platform efficiency and developer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell preferred)
  • Knowledge of containers (Docker) and willingness to learn Kubernetes (Container orchestration and management platform)
  • Interest in AI technologies and cloud-native development practices
