• Proactively engage prospects and create a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Utilize various tools and strategies to identify and research potential prospects
• Engage in outbound prospecting through emails, phone calls, and social selling to initiate conversations and build interest in Minga
• Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence with contacts, multi-threading and nurturing relationships
• Use your strong prospecting and selling skills to set up qualified meetings for our AE Team
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline in a sustainable way
• Engage with our website visitors and inbound leads
• Think of new creative ways to improve the prospecting process to increase results and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Management

Revenue Operations

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of revenue operations
• Calculating and creating visual reports for company SaaS metrics and KPIs
• Leading and executing HubSpot CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and processes
• Implementing and maintaining effective sales and marketing automation systems
• Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making
• Streamlining lead-to-customer conversion processes through CRM customization and automation
• Training and supporting teams on HubSpot CRM usage, best practices, and updates
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements
• Conducting regular audits of CRM data to ensure quality and consistency
• Staying informed about industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance CRM functionality
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations
