About the role
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of revenue operations
- Calculating and creating visual reports for company SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Leading and executing HubSpot CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and processes
- Implementing and maintaining effective sales and marketing automation systems
- Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making
- Streamlining lead-to-customer conversion processes through CRM customization and automation
- Training and supporting teams on HubSpot CRM usage, best practices, and updates
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements
- Conducting regular audits of CRM data to ensure quality and consistency
- Staying informed about industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance CRM functionality
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in revenue operations and CRM administration
- Prior experience in a SaaS company is required
- Proficiency in using and managing CRM systems, with specific experience in HubSpot
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in utilizing sales and marketing automation tools, coupled with familiarity in handling databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization software
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of revenue operations initiatives
- Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing revenue operations processes.
