About the role

  • Participate in the evolution and operational maintenance of the VAR (value-added network)
  • Actively participate in the integration of AI into applications and the new tool being deployed
  • Provide customer support and respond to ACD operating incidents reported by supervisors or customers
  • Set up processing for new customers' needs and connections to new partners
  • Administer support of multiple technologies for information processing and transmission
  • Participate in training on EDI message standards, protocols, internal tools and methods
  • Work autonomously within a team and potentially evolve to higher skills/responsibilities
  • Perform on-call duty in rotation to guarantee service continuity outside working hours

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience (Experience Band 1+ years)
  • BAC+2 diploma in computer science
  • Self-taught candidates with a good technical base may apply
  • Real and operational knowledge of main EDI messages, at least in EDIFACT syntax
  • Mastery of Linux and Shell
  • Competence and interest in development; knowledge of PHP required
  • Strong technical background (linux, bash, crypto, network, system)
  • Correct level of written and spoken English (no need to be bilingual)
  • Responsive, curious, persistent, stress management
  • Willingness to do on-call rotations (react to SMS alerts outside working hours)
  • Applicant must have valid work eligibility; company does not sponsor work visa
