About the role

Assess operational changes from third-party platforms and quantify technical impact and rollback risk
Define mitigation strategies and secure jointly endorsed rollout plans with internal and external stakeholders
Take ownership of project readiness for System Integration Testing (SIT) and work closely with the Solutions Architect
Compile and communicate configuration and development prerequisites third-party systems must meet for SIT readiness
Execute HTTP-based API smoke tests (REST, SOAP, RPC), troubleshoot anomalies, and escalate unresolved issues
Draft IAT test cases for developers to execute, guided by the Solutions Architect
Maintain full traceability by keeping Jira and Confluence records updated for change requests and SIT preparations
Drive continuous improvement by creating reusable templates, SIT readiness checklists, and smoke-test scripts
Report to the Team Leader and collaborate with Solutions Architect and third-party owners

Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines
1–3 years of experience in system integration, API testing, technical support, or QA
Strong understanding of REST and SOAP protocols, HTTP, and JSON/XML
Hands-on experience using Postman, SoapUI
Comfortable with network fundamentals, including IPs, ports, TLS, and credential management
Fluent in written and spoken Greek & English
Exposure to banking APIs, telecom OCS/charging interfaces (will be highly appreciated)
Basic SQL or scripting for quick data checks (will be highly appreciated)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tracking/documentation tools (will be highly appreciated)
Experience in linux, bash scripting etc. (will be highly appreciated)
