About the role
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring goals across teams.
- Partner closely with the Talent Partner to align on search strategy, market mapping, candidate calibration, and pipeline priorities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through social, professional, and niche platforms.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint through handoff to the Talent Partner and onboarding.
- Work in close coordination with Talent Partners to track pipeline health, candidate progress, and hiring timelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to review sourcing effectiveness and refine the approach.
- Manage and maintain effective relationships with external agencies when required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within product companies or startups.
- Strong hands-on sourcing expertise across social and professional networking platforms.
- Technical acumen and functional understanding of roles.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a pod model with Talent Partners.
- High ownership mindset with strong execution capability.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments with tight timelines.
