About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring goals across teams.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Partner to align on search strategy, market mapping, candidate calibration, and pipeline priorities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through social, professional, and niche platforms.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from the first touchpoint through handoff to the Talent Partner and onboarding.
  • Work in close coordination with Talent Partners to track pipeline health, candidate progress, and hiring timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to review sourcing effectiveness and refine the approach.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with external agencies when required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within product companies or startups.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing expertise across social and professional networking platforms.
  • Technical acumen and functional understanding of roles.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a pod model with Talent Partners.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments with tight timelines.
  • Driven, resilient, and passionate about building great teams.
