About the role
- Report to the VP of Product and be part of both the Product team and the Growth tech team
- Drive product development and growth initiatives; own the KPIs that define the team’s success
- Focus on improving user journeys and product-led growth
- Continuously analyze user journeys to remove friction and create intuitive, supportive experiences
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing to turn ideas into user stories and technical requirements
- Run a data-informed, iterative process to identify problems, validate solutions, and discover growth opportunities through experimentation
- Translate direct user insights into actionable product improvements
- Engage cross-departmentally with key stakeholders to gather business objectives and align on priorities
- Translate long-term vision into short-term goals to drive progress in digital mental health
- Ensure product features comply with internal guidelines and mandatory regulatory requirements (patient safety, ISO-27001)
- Champion a data-informed culture across product and tech
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or project management
- Strong drive and result-oriented approach
- Ability to create structure and clarity in work
- Growth mindset and curiosity about industry trends
- Comfortable working with product analytics to identify pain points and opportunities
- Natural empathy for users and ability to translate user insights into improvements
- Track record of shipping product improvements that moved key business metrics
- Deep understanding of UX principles and experience creating intuitive, effective product experiences
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or product development (preferred)
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English (writing and speech)
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (a plus)
- Experience creating high-fidelity designs (mockups, prototypes, or visual specifications) (a plus)
- Experience working on both web and app user journeys (a plus)
- Experience with digital health products or medtech (a plus)
- Experience leading large-scale web-based projects (a plus)
