About the role

  • Use AI tools to assist with legal research, contract drafting, and compliance tasks
  • Support accounting and financial documentation, reporting, and data organisation
  • Assist with HR documentation, hiring processes, and internal policies

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in AI tools and automation platforms
  • Familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Perplexity, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Background in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or irrelevant
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
  • Ability to independently research, test and implement new AI technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience applying AI in operational workflows such as legal, HR, finance, research or administration
  • Highly organised and able to work independently
  • Obsessed with AI tools and productivity systems
  • Regularly experiments with new AI platforms and automation technologies
  • Thinks in terms of systems, workflows and optimisation
  • Is proactive, curious, and highly resourceful
