Build and deliver proof of concept demonstrations within the MindBridge sales process.
Bring strong consulting and strategy experience to the MindBridge team through critical thinking and complex solution design.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Present the MindBridge value proposition to prospects and partners in a relevant and compelling manner.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires joining with the Sales Organization.
Be prepared and able to travel and present at customer sites, conferences, and relevant industry events.
Create a culture of success, collaboration, and ongoing business goal achievement team.
Ensure client engagement strategies are aligned with the mission, values, and culture of MindBridge and that they result in employee development and revenue growth.
Requirements
5+ years of consulting experience spanning management, technology, or ERP systems, with a focus on operational transformation and strategic value creation.
5+ years experience in a client-facing role as Solution Consultant or Solutions Engineer within a financial SaaS (Software as a Service) organization.
Prior Big 4 or large firm experience preferred.
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Embodies a sales mindset, including relationship building, strategic thinking, and objection handling.
Proven ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or equivalent experience
