About the role
- Drive safety excellence across Operations and Construction teams
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations
- Lead high‑risk activity oversight and incident investigations
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives
- Deliver technical guidance and drive measurable improvements in safety performance
- Collaborate with construction, operations, and safety teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety, operations, or construction in critical environments, ideally in data centers
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
