About the role
- Plan, organize, and oversee projects for direct accounts from initiation to completion.
- Develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for direct account clients.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and deliverables clearly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales, design, logistic, and support teams to align project goals.
- Monitor project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with client specifications.
- Implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and audits.
Requirements
- Business / Design Degree or equivalent
- Successful work experience of 1-2 years
- Knowledgeable in forecasting and planning
- English, spoken and written, is essential
- Arabic, spoken and written, is essential
