Provide expert on-site technical support for custom material testing machines, including installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair
Diagnose and resolve complex electro-mechanical issues using schematics and mechanical drawings, aiming for first-visit resolution and zero call-backs
Effectively communicate technical information and train customers on equipment operation and software
Manage your own schedule and travel within an assigned territory, representing the company at customer facilities
Travel extensively (90-100%) to customer sites and use a company vehicle; all travel expenses reimbursed
Requirements
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems up to 480V
Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to travel 90-100% of the time, Monday through Friday
Strong independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical devices using schematics and mechanical drawings
Quick learner and able to think on your feet
Ability to manage your own schedule and travel within an assigned territory
