Lead and oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior leadership, highly specialized, and critical roles across the organization.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing data-driven insights, market intelligence, and strategic recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition.
Champion the end-to-end recruitment process while driving consistency, optimization, and continuous improvement in partnership with the broader Talent team.
Conduct strategic intake and alignment sessions with business leaders to define hiring needs, success criteria, and long-term talent implications.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging advanced networks, market research, and emerging technologies to build strong pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Partner with People & Culture to assess organizational talent gaps, conduct skill analysis, and align recruitment strategies to long-term business goals.
Guide the offer approval and negotiation process, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
Drive stakeholder education and accountability by facilitating training and best practices sessions for hiring leaders on inclusive hiring, candidate engagement, and workforce planning.
Monitor and report on key talent metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity, candidate experience, retention outcomes), recommending actions that improve results.
Lead or support high-impact projects focused on advancing recruitment technology, vendor partnerships, employer branding, or process enhancements.
Act as second-in-command to the Strategic Talent Manager, stepping in to ensure continuity of operations when required.
Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and professional networks, strengthening visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS) preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with significant exposure to senior-level or specialized hiring.
Experience recruiting within technical, engineering, or construction industries strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success advising senior executives and influencing talent strategies in a complex organization.
Solid understanding of employment law, compliance, and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Deep knowledge of advanced sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition strategies in competitive markets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into talent solutions.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to consult with senior leadership and deliver compelling presentations.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and lead change initiatives that elevate recruitment effectiveness.
Willingness to travel up to 15% for strategic initiatives, executive recruitment activities, industry events, and leadership engagements.
