Perform clearing and settlement of futures, futures options trades, and event contracts
Analyze trade and position reconciliations and resolve various futures and event contract trading issues
Review regulatory reports to ensure proper compliance and assist operations and compliance with audit inquiries
Support initial setup of operational processes, tools, documentation, and workflows for futures and event contracts
Work with third party clearing firms, vendors, and internal teams including CX, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Financial Crimes, Finance, and Customer Trust and Safety
Support Futures Risk with analytical functions and streamline operational and risk workflows
Become a subject matter expert with exposure to leadership across Robinhood
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in Finance, Business or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
Curious about the futures market, derivatives, and back office clearing
A demonstrated history of operational excellence and problem solving
Tight-knit collaboration and influencing skills to work with colleagues across the company to quickly resolve issues and develop long term strategies for growth
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple daily tasks and projects with various deadlines
In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
